The suggested practice is based on the teachings of the ASIA yoga school in Bologna led by masters Franco Bertossa and Beatrice Benfenati, in the wake of the path traced by Gerard Blitz, pioneer of yoga and Zen in Europe.
The practice is aimed to all those who feel and need to rediscover within themselves that “Spiritual Center of Gravity” which is not conditioned by environmental and psychological factors but which shines with its own authentic Reality and priceless Truth.
